Stonedead Accessibility Form

We’ve slightly changed the way you request anything accessibility related, to make it easier for you, but also for us to keep all requests together and generally keep track of things. Please read the following info carefully.

When you purchase your accessibility ticket (either camping or arena only) in the store on our website, we’re asking you to complete the following form for anything at all accessibility related.

This could be:

Applying for a free PA ticket.

Requesting access to the accessibility viewing platform (First come basis).

Booking a campervan space in accessibility camping.

ALL CAMPERVANS FOR ACCESSIBILITY CAMPING MUST PURCHASE A DISABLED CAMPERVAN PASS FROM THE WEBSITE.

Requesting accessibility day car parking.

Requesting weekend accessibility car parking.

Requesting fridge item medication storage.

We will then let you know this has been authorised and send you an email to confirm everything.

You will need to bring this confirmation email with you to the festival.

Wristbands, including the one for any named PA’s will be collected on the day. We will not be sending out any actual PA tickets.

Obviously if the PA name changes prior to the festival you just need to drop us an email and we can amend it.

Unfortunately, due to the increase in numbers in accessibility camping, we do have to limit party size to the accessibility ticket holder, their PA if they have one and two other named guests (Three named guests if no PA)

So max party size in any event is four per accessibility ticket holder.

We hope you understand that we do this to ensure that everyone who needs to access accessibility camping is able to do so.
