IMPORTANT STONEDEAD 2023 INFO

Stonedead 2023  is now just around the corner and we would like to update you on a few things.  For those of you who have been before, you will notice a few changes.  Please take the time to read the following very carefully and also forward onto anyone you may have purchased tickets for.

Arrival ALL PASSES AND TICKETS MUST BE SHOWN UPON ARRIVAL AT THE SITE.  Campsite opens 14.00, Friday 25th August until 11.00 Sunday 27th August. When you arrive please have ALL tickets and passes ready for inspection. Arena only ticket holders, car parks open 17.00 Friday and 09.30 Saturday. Camping Tent lovers please have your arena ticket and camping pass ready to show at the gate.  You will need a camping pass and ticket to exchange for a camping wristband.  Campervans / Caravans Please note the entrance for Campervans and Caravans has changed. From the A46 onto Drove Lane, Campervans and Caravans take the second Right.  This will be clearly signposted for Caravans and Campervans. When you arrive,  please have your arena ticket, campervan / caravan and camping pass ready to show at the gate. One campervan / caravan pass is needed per vehicle and a camping pass per person staying in the vehicle. If you do not have the required passes for entry into the Campervan site, you will be turned away. Please be aware Campervan Passes are now completely sold out for 2023.  Once in the campsite go to the ticket office to exchange your tickets and pass for a camping wristband. Arena Only Please note the entrance for Day Parking has now changed, From the A46 onto Drove Lane, take the second Right.  This will be clearly signposted for Day Parking. When you arrive please have your arena ticket ready to show to staff at the main gate.  Once parked up, please exchange your ticket at the ticket office for an arena wristband. Accessibility Information for arrival will be sent separately.

Cash and Cards Most vendors will be accepting cards and cash.  The bars and merchandise tent will also be accepting cards and cash.   Friday Night Party All Adult camping tickets allow access to the Friday night party hosted by Mercia in association with Planet Rock. Under 14’s do not require a Friday night ticket to attend as long as they are accompanied by an Adult ticket holder. The bars and food traders will be open in the Arena. Arena only ticket holders – have your Friday night ticket ready for inspection at the gate. Food & Drink You can bring food and drinks into the Arena.  Alcoholic drinks are limited to four cans or the equivalent per person. We have worked hard to ensure Food & Drinks  are as cheap as possible.  We are also making sure that a good selection of ales, beers, lagers, ciders, wines and spirits are available along with soft drinks, tea & coffee.  Drinking water points are located around the Arena and Campsite, please use refillable bottles. You may also bring an additional 4 litres of bottled water or equivalent smaller bottles, these must be sealed! We are also offering click and collect ice cold beer in the campsite in conjunction with Camerons. Supermarket This will be available all weekend for any neccessities you may have forgotten or ran out of including:  Air beds, Camping chairs, Sweets, Sleeping bags, Juice, Paper cups, Baby wipes, Shampoo / shower gel, Deodorant, Sanitary products Tooth brushes, Tooth paste, Toilet roll, Drinks, Chewing gumLighters, E –cigs, Cigarettes Tobacco, Filters / rizzla paper.  This will be open from 14.00 Friday through until 10.30 Sunday.

MERCH We have a great range of merchandise on sale at Stonedead 2023. All items will be available from the Merchandise tent in the arena. Our reusable pint pots will also be available around the arena and also near the bars. All items are reasonably priced and exclusive to Stonedead.  Bands will also have their merchandise available for sale throughout the day.
